Suehiro followed the butterfly man into the garden, where coincidentally he saw a butterfly land on a flower. Captivated by it's beauty he almost forgot about this duel. But almost, is not enough to block out this duel. Unsheathing his Katana he grabs the hilt and places it in a position to slash upwards and sideways. But he waits for the butterfly to make his move.

Hasshi faced his opponent, and raised his pole in a centre defensive stance, ready to strike* 'If my opponent doesn't move, neither do i' he thought.

Butterfly has a large metal poll, his only hope is to force an attack on himself so that he may bipass the swing and lung forward and aim for the neck to end the fight quickly. However if no attack his given the odds of he himself winning fall apart. But if the deadlock remains, then nothing will happen. He nonetheless remains still and ready to pounce. A peach blossom fell off the tree, Suehiro stabbed the center and then the pedals fell across his feet. It was beautiful. So too is death. Just as life is beautiful, death is beautiful. However he will not be the one to die. In fact he does not wish anyone to die. So he only remains still, so that this fight may end swiftly as soon as it begins.

With the poll coming close he moves to the side and then Wings his blade upwards augmenting the poll. It's large size makes it hard to maneuver though Suehiro as he now lunged forward.

Suehiro curls inward to try to avoid the punch while staggering backwards. When he regains his composure he launches one single thrust for the neck.

While his thrust now pierced air he turns and faces the butterfly and lunges again. This time in a rolling position he may not have time to defend himself properly. But he could be wrong, but this was no time for doubt.

While again his blade pierced only air he still followed through with it, sensing an imminent attack. Almost to the point of running out the distance of the pole. He then turned and waited again. Always in the position to move to the left right, forward, or backward. Same as with his Katana. Virtually reseting the battlefield.

Recovering quickly from his roll, Hasshi resumed a flurry of attacks, aimed at his foe's hands, his goal was to try and get him to drop his katana, leaving him open for a final blow to the chest.

From the blows that came towards him he found that the best thing to do was side step them completely, so with one swinging motion he sidestepped the pole and brought the Katana to his neck. Regardless of weather or not he had cut his throat he could have. Thus he was the one who won this, or at least he knew it. Having not actually touched sparking he could still slice at his ribs, or punch him in the stomach who knows what would happen for this position is vulnerable. But he could have won, if this was to the death. He prays that his opponent too realizes this and stops. For they are both exhausted or should be.
