[Since it seems no one else is going to actually set the thread up, I may as well ]
The Cherry Blossom Inn sits on one of the busiest roads in Japan, and as such has become a frequent stop and famous destination for the well off traveller that requires a drink, meal, and lodging for the night. From the dirt road, a series of stepping stones illuminate a path to the inn. Paper lanterns hang from posts placed along this walkway, as well as from numerous hooks on the building itself, as well as along posts along the road for a short distance in either direction. Behind the inn, a small stream meanders through, and a water-wheel turns flour for the inn's bread.
The interior of the inn is rather spacious, and seems to be divided quite easily into five main areas. The first area, off to a visitor's left, is the bar proper, where casks of various wines and liquors are served for the enjoyment of the patrons. In the centre, taking up the majority of the room, are numerous low tables with cushions neatly arrayed around the settings, tea sets laid out on many of them. Off to the right, there are paper screens. Behind them, one can see rather slim figures playing instruments, their music carrying through the entire first floor. A stairway behind the bar descends into a cellar, where the innkeeper lives, as well as where he keeps the alcohol and foodstuffs that he either can't or is unwilling to display openly.
Going upstairs, a visitor encounters a long hallway going the length of the building contains a dozen rooms that the innkeeper rents out to his passersby.
As the patrons come and go from the bar, the innkeeper generally pays them no mind unless they come to him for a drink or a room.

Suehiro noticed the paper lanterns on his way to the inn. Seeing fantastic and memorizing designs on them it is almost as if it is tell him a story. A story in which pictures, not words, describe the scenery and the events. The pebbled road feels fine underneath the straw matted sandals. With wonderment he roams the pathway to the inn, without ever even going him for this entire trip. It is only when he must leave that he goes in for a quick cup of tea, without being able to enjoy the finer points. But he has made it a point to come back again very soon.

Tadakatsu walks into a rather elegant Inn. It smells of fresh wine and cherry blossoms, enough to attract anyones attention.
He walks into the center, a few guests greet him with a smile and slight head nod but then go about their bussiness. Tadakatsu then takes a deep breath and sits at the nearest table in a corner of the room. Weary yet alert he keeps his spear close. Even in the safest of enviroments danger is everpresent.

Weary from their voyage from Ryukyu, Hasshi (accompanied by Tanaka) wander into the Inn, and order some Tea. Hasshi spies a ruffian in the centre of the Inn (Honda) and suggests something to Tanaka.
Tanaka then walks over to Honda and feigns a trip, knocking over his table.

Letting out a deep sigh Tadakatsu looks over to the man that knocked over his table.
I'd suggest you'd pick that up sir. From the looks of you, you dont want any trouble with me.
Examining the man, Tadakatsu thinks to himself.
Hmm, the fool... The poor fool.

A horseman, riding a chestnut stallion, approached the inn. Beside and slightly behind the mounted warrior was a man clad in the white clothes of the mountain dwelling monks. The swatted with its tail at the summer flies. Asato dismounted from the horse as he approached the last post. There, he tied the horse to the lamp post, and walked inside, Kotubawa following him in.
Asato Kagesu scanned the room and nodded to his companion, who went to the innkeeper to request a jug of wine and several cups. Seeing a traveler of his class, Asato walked approached, but took a seat at a table near the wall. He took his seat with his back to the wall. Kotubawa approached with a servant carrying the ordered the drink and cups. As he set them down, the monk nodded in defference to Asato. Asato dismissed the servant, who bowed and left.
Seeing the man in the corner, he called out to him, "Please, sit, and drink and enjoy some company! And ignore that buffoon. He's already quite inebriated."

"You Bastard! You Tripped me you Bastard!" Hasshi, watching intently, gets up and walks towards them, flapping his fan. He seems eager to hear what tadakatsu's next move will be...

Tadakatsu releases a firm grunt, followed by rolling eyes and a cracking of his neck. Standing and then looking towards this stranger he again speaks.
You see that spear there? It has killed many for less reasons. Do you see the notches on the sides of it? I assure you... You do not want to be another notch. However, I'm not one for a war of words so if we must we must. Would you like to step outside?
Gripping his beloved spear, Tadakatsu gets a fiery feeling deep within...Battle is near.

'if that spear is even half as formidable as you say it is, Let's go outside!' *OOC: shall i make the topic now?*

Tadakatsu sighs. Then makes his way slowly towards the bar, never really taking his eye off his enemy.
Sake please.
Tadakatsu then takes a drink, whips his lips then turns towards the foolish stranger and his apparent lover.
Well, I'm ready. Lets go outside!
Tadakatsu then leaves the Inn.
After a short, unsatisfying duel. Tadakatsu retook his seat at the Inn with the knocked over table.
Letting out another sigh, Tadakatsu thought to himself.
Hmph.... Worthless.
Looking over to the bar he spoke to the Innkeeper.
More Sake please!
Tadakatsu then grabs a knife from the table and puts half a notch into his spear.
Not even worth a full notch! He spoke aloud

Suehiro enters the Inn, it's elegance was so refined. The smell so pungent that it forces remembrance of times when he too had many luxuries. Now he must work to found a new base, a new force. For that he needs able bodied men to lead. An inn is a good place to meet people, maybe even men of quality.
Entering he notices a fierce man placing a notch on his spear, almost mystified by this man Suehiro comes and sits across from him.
"What is your name fierce warrior?"

Tadakatsu took a sip of his sake then looked at the newest stranger to come his way.
This one better be worth it. He thought to himself.
The name is Honda Tadakatsu, and if your here for a fight do me a favor. Just go outside, stab yourself and die and save me the time!
Still angry from before, Tadakatsu came across much ruder than his usualy self.

'F*** Off Teamaster!' Yelled Hasshi at Sukehiro, 'i've got a grudge to settle with this one!' *points at Honda*
'Listen you! i tried to be nice and civil with you, and you ignore me! i *hate* people who ignore me! This time, i'll face you myself! that is (Hasshi suddenly regaining his composure), if you are willing...

Sparking, this is an un-official warning. Words to that degree should be starred out. There are going to be younger people who come here, so try not to curse like that.

Rolling his eyes Tadakatsu again spoke to the fool that thought his peasant lover his equal.
Listen to me now! First you knock over my table, thus damaging the Inn keepers property! Not offering to pay for it! Then you have you whipping boy insult me and then bore me. You Sir are anything but civil. Your a noble of nothing and a master of a nobody! I suggest you gather up what little intelligence you seem to poses and apologize to that man you just insulted, fix my table, pay for it and then if you act like a true man and warrior, you may continue a conversation! But I assure you. I will not again waste my time and energy on you or your "Servant"
